Would Like To Explore Possible Ways To Serve and
Prosper Together Through Projects That Foster Sustainable Living?"
In response to
an invitation issued
to all Stelle residents, a preliminary meeting was held on
Monday, October 8th, at 8:00 PM to explore possible ways to
co-create organizational vehicles for
pooling resources, serving and prospering together by developing,
implementing and marketing projects and products for sustainable
living and sustainable community.
Ultimate Destiny is seeking to help demonstrate how well positioned
Stelle is to serve as a model UniverCity
for Conscious Sustainable Living. We are preparing to submit applications for foundation
funding and create investment vehicles that could possibly attract
millions of dollars that could help evolve Stelle into an
experiential UniverCity for Sustainable Living.
Some possible examples explored at the
meeting included activities such as:
Food
Production, greenhouses, aquaculture, etc.
Research
and development on sustainability models
Real
estate acquisition, management and development
Energy
production such as an ethanol plant and or
Community Supported Energy Cooperative
Marketing
and distribution of programs, products
and services created by Stelle participants
Production and marketing of printed material, digital and
multi-media programs and other educational content.

Some individuals and organizations in Stelle are envisioning
a multi-purpose research and development center that would
provide incubator services for companies and non-profit
organizations involved in any aspect of sustainable living.
Research is presently being conducted on potential strategic
alliance partners
and funding sources. |

individuals and organizations in Stelle are envisioning a
multi-purpose Learning Center and Retreat Center facility
that would house 50 + individuals overnight with training
spaces
for up to 150.

Possible Sources of Funding:
Membership Fees, Donations, Grants, Endowments, Program Related
Investments, Equity Investments, Revenue Participation Agreements,
Loans, Contracts, Fees for Services, Licensing, Franchising,
Distributorships, Affiliate Programs, Award Programs (such as the
Bucky Fuller Institute, marketing and distributing programs,
products and services.

As a result of the
initial interest in the concepts reviewed and discussed at the
October 8th meeting, Stellar Projects LLC and the UniverCity for
Conscious Sustainable Living (
www.univercityforsustainableliving.org )
were established on October 12th to provide organizational vehicles
to carry out these and other possible sustainability projects.
The
initial members of Stellar Projects LLC
have a shared vision of helping foster personal, organizational
and planetary sustainability. We elected to take advantage of the
many significant advantages of establishing
a Series LLC. We invite you to

as we continue to explore and discover possible ways and means to
develop projects and programs for sustainable living.
